Collected Cups is a coffee journal for people who take coffee seriously. It captures the beans, the cafes, the brews, and the small moments that usually disappear by next week, and turns your year into a hardcover book at the end of it.

Where the idea came from
Last year I started saving every coffee bag I bought. No real plan beyond this: by December, I'd have something that showed my year in coffee.
By December, it was 41 bags. Roaster names, origin notes, a date scrawled in pen on the ones I cared about most. And then the actual question: now what?
I thought about turning them into some kind of wall piece. Then I remembered I don't have the wall space, and I'm not even sure I'll be in this apartment next year. You can't hang a year of coffee on a wall you're about to leave.
That's when it clicked. The problem was never that I hadn't tried hard enough. People like us pay attention: the roaster, the ratio, the shop with the good oat milk. The problem is there's nowhere for any of it to actually go. So it becomes 41 bags in a suitcase, or it becomes nothing at all.
